"Our host were very attentive and a pure pleasure to work with. Jeanette and Dennis are great people and they make you feel at home. We love to sit on the deck in the morning and drink our coffee looking at the water. It is so relaxing and very peaceful. Check in and check out you couldn't ask for it to be any easier. We enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kimberly’s place! We’ve been vacationing at Lake Gaston for years and this was by far the nicest stay we’ve had! We loved cooking meals on the porch while enjoying the gorgeous view of the cove. Huge bonus to have a large blackstone and a grill as we love to cook! The kitchen had everything you would need for homemade meals and it was great to have an extra full fridge in the basement. The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was nice to have black out curtains and white noise machines. I need to touch base with Kimberly about what kind of couch is in the living room because we decided that’s what we need at home! We love to play pool and found the table and cues to be in great shape. It was a little warm for the hot tub, but we enjoyed it on our one rainy/cooler day. The dock was great with plenty of covered seating and space to lounge. Since it’s a bit of a walk to the house, the fridge space at the dock was nice. The cove was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. The kids caught bluegill, a couple of small bass and a catfish off the dock! It’s a bigger channel so there was boat traffic in the distance, but we felt safe floating around the dock. Kimberly was a wonderful host offering lots of extras (starter soaps, hand soaps, paper products etc.) and was very responsive, although we didn’t need much from her during our stay. We will definitely book again!"

"This house was very clean and stocked very well. We had 6 adults and 4 children 8 and under. Plenty of beds although it can feel a bit cramped if we all end up in the kitchen/living area. Having a grill, and blackstone was a nice convenience. The t.v. At the dock is a nice touch. Dock and patio furniture was all very nice. Fridge at the dock would be a nice addition. Beautiful fire pit with plenty of chairs provided. S’mores night was a blast for all. We had great weather so we spent most of our days on the lake. Close proximity to grandmas island and goat island. Only drawback I can recall was the construction noise and tree cutting going on at nearby properties. Overall a great stay. Thanks!"

"Home was clean and inviting. Host was very accommodating and communicated through every step of the process. Dennis was very easy to reach with any questions. We also rented his pontoon boat for our group of 9 which worked out well. The community pool also added to the fun. We all had a very relaxing stay."

"Great location- amazing boathouse and had everything we needed. Deep water off end of dock and in cove. Caught a 30lb catfish off the dock!. Amazing screened porch for watching the rain annd storms roll through. All the positives outweigh any negatives- which we only had 2. We have bad knees and toilets were a little low- so that is just a personal issue :), and the raccoons are too smart- got into the cans even with the bungees still on them. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely rent again!"

"This vacation home was everything described and more! Just steps to the lake, trampoline, slide, kayaks, stand up paddle boards..all included and barrels of fun! The pool was wonderful, especially on these hot days. Televisions everywhere! Plenty of seating around the pool as well as floats for the pool and lake.We had 12 adults and 12 kids...everyone had a good time. Great place to spend precious time with family.And the boat!!!! The most fun ever and loved by all. Stephanie the house manager wasVery helpful, friendly and responded to questions quickly.Vickie was easy to communicate with and we really appreciate the opportunity to share their little piece of heaven."
