"Amazing experience, world class facilities, lovely staff always helpful and ready to go extra mile for you, pools are huge and super clean. Aqua park is a hit with kids and adults as it has got rides for everyone, toddler , groups and kids of all ages. Bars are really good, not busy even when we went in peak season. Rooms are amazing , simple clean and modern. We stayed in room on higher terrain hence used shuttle service of Hotel. Amazing overall , I am definitely going back!!!"

The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. "The standard rooms are quite small, while the suites are more spacious. There are only two power outlets in the rooms, and none beside the bed. The furniture is very old and worn, and parts of the walls have been patchily repainted. The bathroom has a bathtub and feels very cramped. The beach is beautiful; however, the entrance to the sea is very rocky, with large stones that create a risk of slipping and falling. Removing some of these stones would make access to the sea much safer. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming. Dimitra, in particular, took very good care of us. However, a few of the waiters were not very friendly. Overall, we had an average but reasonably pleasant stay."

"A very nice hotel overall. The rooms are pleasant, the property is clean, and the water park is excellent, with far more slides than you would typically find at a hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive most of the time. This could have been a perfect stay if not for a few issues: • The children's sofa bed and the extra bed provided were extremely uncomfortable. • The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the bathroom ventilation did not work. • The music around the water park was tool loud. Some guests may enjoy it, but we found it unbearable and completely redundant. • The most frustrating issue was the lack of air conditioning in the main restaurant. Only one section had weak air conditioning, making the restaurant unbearably hot in August."

"Had a great stay but do think it lacks the ultra luxury we have experienced elsewhere (for similar or even less £!) All in all the hotel is stunning, the beach is great, food was spot on and staff were lovely. Only gripes were housekeeping could have been better, dirty mops and the swim up balcony was only swept once in our week there. Service can be a little slow, great for first drinks but difficult to get served as it get busier, unless you’re at the main bar where service was excellent every time. However at the other bars only ever seems to be 1 waiting on and obviously they are rushed off their feet. Although food and drinks were great - all the menus are accessed by QR codes which is quite annoying on a holiday where you are actively trying not be on your phone! We had a massage which was brilliant and throughly relaxing. Would definitely recommend the spa."

"We can highly recommend Mediterraneo! Our room was well equipped and clean, and the hosts were very welcoming during our stay. They also helped us with the airport transfer, cleaned the room during our stay, and were always ready to help us. The garden of the accommodation is beautiful, it feels very relaxing to spend time among the well-kept greenery. The apartments also have a lovely traditional Greek blue-and-white style, which makes the experience even better. Everything you need can be found nearby, including small shops, restaurants, and the beach. We also think that Stegna is the best choice for a holiday in Rhodes: it is authentic, charming, and very peaceful. Overall, Mediterraneo is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday and a great base for exploring the island."
