"Perantzada was the centerpiece of my time on Ithaca. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with bright blue walls, flowers everywhere, breathtaking views over the harbor, and the perfect location—just a short walk into town while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Our room and balcony were spectacular for relaxing or watching the sunset with a spritz. "We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this...

"Panos and his wife wet were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and most helpful. The room was cleaned every day, had a small but adequate (for us) tv and a lovely, quiet air conditioning unit. A 5 minute walk or 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the tavernas. Located up a little bit of an incline but I managed it well enough even while carrying a weeks supply of water for 2 and I’m 68."

"A lovely hotel with fantastic, friendly staff and a great location - if you have a car you can get to almost anywhere on the island in approx. one hour. Also close to Sami main town - about a 15 minute walk along the coastal path where there are lots of nice restaurants"

"Although a small apartment kitchen/dining, shower room and bedroom. Good balcony overlooking pool and out to see with uninterrupted views of those magnificent sunsets. You do need to hire a car. Although limited utensils we could make our own breakfast. Although there is breakfast available at 15€ pp. Plenty of places to eat locally all drivable. "
