10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station exit. Although its location gives the impression that it might be noisy, it was surprisingly quiet. We booked a suite, and it was much more spacious than we had expected and had 2 bathrooms. It exceeded our expectations and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel also offers a great selection of breakfast items, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, making it a wonderful start to the day. Close to main attractions and city center!!!"

"Hairdryer was that old style one attached to the wall that didn't work - it kept switching off. It was only when I was checking out the staff told me that there was a hairdryer in the wardrobe which due to the old one in the bathroom i didnt realise this. In hindsight I should haev told them about the hairdryer but I also think that those old style hairdryers should be removed from the bathrooms - it is 2026."

"Would have been 5 stars if it was a bit more family-friendly. In every other aspect, the property is superb! The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. We had 2 children in our group ( ages 10, and 7), and only 1 of the 3 pools is available for them, and only between 8-11am. It was a nice pool and they enjoyed it. The rooms were well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. There are no coffee makers or tea pots in the rooms, and nothing available in the hotel until 7:30am. It is very close to the stadium(s). We had a vehicle, so I can't tell you how close it is to other dining and shopping options. We would stay here again if not traveling with the kids."
