Hotel Campanile Reims Sud - Bezannes

"It was more of a motel than hotel. The room was clean although the loo nearly came off the wall every time I sat on it and I’m not fat. During the shower I got scolded by sudden hot water all the time. The front door opened onto the street which I didn’t like and the door was rickety. The staff however were lovely and my daughter and I had a nice dinner at a great price. Breakfast was nice, they have a kettle and fresh milk so I could make a nice cup of tea and they let me fill my flask with hot water."

"My room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfy and cozy. Parking was difficult because of the one streets. I recommend you inform guests on your website with instructions on parking. Convenient too train station, shopping and multiple restaurants. Staff was fine."

"Stayed 3 nights in Reims in this hotel and it was the perfect stay for us. Walking distance to the train station and easy walking distance to the main old town area where there are plenty of good food and drink options. Parking was easy, literally next door to the hotel and a good deal in price for parking."

"Breakfast was okay but alternate milks such as oat milk would be good and more vegan options. Staff were lovely and the room was clean enough but could have been a bit cleaner in terms of bathroom-getting into the corners, drains etc. it wasn’t awful but could be more thorough. Would stay again."

"Good stay for the Reims Champagne Run Half Marathon, fantastic location next to the train station and very close to town. Check-in and check-out very easy and being able to check out at 12 is great. Guests do not have a key card but are given a code to enter in the padlock each time to come into the room, so you need to remember it but not a big problem as it works. The room was clean and tidy, maybe the bathroom was a bit small but not a big deal for us. Would recommend for a stay here when visiting Reims!"

"Hotel was undergoing a revamp so amenities were less than I expect they usually are. Only get one pillow each, and although they provided extra bath towels and a hairdryer for us on request, they couldn’t provide any extra sleeping pillows, which I find bizarre in a hotel. Other than that, room was clean, bed was pretty comfy too, would use again."

"The building, hallways and rooms feel like dorm or hostel setup, very institutional feeling. The rooms are clean however and ours had a nice balcony. They had a nice breakfast that was included and added to the value. Getting to reception was a little tricky as you need to get through a gate and the intercom system is a little confusing. As is entry even after you have registered.The location is OK. Street parking is slim but free from 7pm til 9am and pretty reasonable if you need to during daytime hours. Overall it worked for us, we were only there for one night."
