"Where is the NO star option?
The star I gave was solely for the gentleman called Tony who worked the out of hour shift in Toulouse and who tried to help me as much as he could.
The corridor on the 5th floor and our bathroom stunk. But this is nothing compared to the non-functioning heating.
The heating in my room stopped working after 20-30mins of us switching it on around midnight. I had to pay €70 for a staff to come at 2.30am to give me 2 portable heatings.
Then they dared to ask us to wait after our check-out for their engineer to assess the flat to confirm whether or not the heating mode of their aircon was faulty. Maybe they asked because they thought we had no better place to be than waiting for an engineer to check a room we had already vacate.
Why on earth would I call their out of hour service at midnight, 1am then at 2am to beg for help? Do they think I did not have anything better to do at 2am or I had €70 to spare for fun?
I will definitely not recommend this place.
Ohh and they only give you 1 key. So if by mistake you forget your key in the room after 9pm, you pay €70 to get a spare one.
Really just avoid this place, not worth a penny
