The staff was wonderful here! The waiters were all very nice at the restaurant and they let us have a late checkout when we had an evening bus, which was very helpful. The pool is gorgeous and the hotel is a short walk to the beach.

The area around Varna is great for a beach stay, but for the casual tourist the city itself is only worth a brief stop. Nesebur, an hour south, is a better choice for sightseeing despite the crowds and schlocky souvenir-stand feel.
