Charming apartment 30m2 in residence (high vincin) to valves, deco neat .entered with cupboard, bathroom, living room with kitchen, small bedroom, sleeps 4, 2 beds 1 place + sofa bed. terrace of 17m2 with bed of bath, living room of garden, deckchair. private garage for vehicle in the basement. all shops nearby (hyper market).
beaches of Arradon or Conleau 5 minutes, coastal path (gr 34) 1km, downtown and port 2 kms 15min walk, from there you can visit the famous Gulf of Morbihan is one of the most beautiful bays in the world with its Islands and a little further out of the Gulf beautiful island at sea that no longer presents.
you can also on the coast visited north of Valves: Carnac, the peninsula of Quiberon, Trinité sur Mer eventually Mont St Michel at 2:00 drive. south of Valves: Sarzeau, Damgan, Roche Bernard, Baule. inland Gacilly made famous by Yves Rocher products.

Bon séjour l emplacement est correcte et le studio est bien au calme. Dommage la météo n était au rendez vous mais on a bien profité des environs.

Très bon séjour à Vannes

Petit appart super sympa avec tout le confort comme à la maison, grande terrasse bien exposée. Et le golfe du Morbihan, superbe région. Nous n'avions pas envie de rentrer chez nous, les vacances ont été trop courtes... :-/ Merci pour cette location :-)

Immeuble bien tenu (ascenseur alors qu'il n'y a que 3 étages, moquette à l'étage, lumière qui s'allume dès qu'on sort de l'appartement), très calme, un peu excentré mais à 5mn des grandes surfaces en voiture et 10mn du centre ville. Intérieur soigné et bien équipé. Seule la télé ne fonctionnait pas. Grande terrasse très appréciée par beau temps. Bon accueil à l'arrivée et au départ. Location à recommander. Nous avons apprécié la vieille ville de Vannes bien qu'il soit difficile de se garer aux alentours. Marché très sympa.

joli appartement fonctionnel. literie bof

L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. L'accueil qui nous a été réservé a été très cordial. La terrasse est très agréable pour le petit déjeuner. Par contre, le gros bémol du séjour a été la literie. Le lit convertible possède un sommier mou et nous a empêché de passer de bonnes nuits. Les 2 lits de 90cm x 190cm sont bien plus agréables pour les enfants. Peut-être que d'autres sont moins sensibles a cela, mais pour nous la literie est un élément essentiel d'une location. Dommage.

Très bon séjour

Un appartement très fonctionnel et confortable, situé au dernier étage d'une résidence très calme. Le centre ville de Vannes est un peu éloigné, mais il est accessible rapidement en voiture ou bien à vélo. L'emplacement de la location est idéal pour visiter le golfe du Morbihan. De nombreux équipements ainsi que de la documentation touristique sont mis à notre disposition par les propriétaires. La literie du canapé-lit peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Une place de parking sécurisée se trouve en sous sol. La personne en charge de la remise des clefs est très accueillante et disponible. Une location à recommander!

A la hauteur de nos attentes

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine, dans un appartement chaleureux, fort bien agencé, avec tout le confort nécessaire, dans une résidence au calme. La terrasse ensoleillée permet repas et apéros à l'extérieur! L'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire sont un plus qui ne nous font absolument pas regretter notre choix pour cette location.

Appartement neuf ; avec toutes les commodités. Quelque peu excentré mais avec des navettes gratuites à proximité ( l'été ). Bien agencé, et décoré avec goût.Propriétaires sympathiques.
