"Clean rooms and great staff."

"We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel was very clean, our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The property is well maintained, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. Unfortunately, we experienced a very disturbing incident at the pool that cannot be ignored. We were in the hot tub with our 3-year-old son and another family with children when a woman suddenly became physically aggressive toward a man. She...

"The staff were most welcoming and very pleasant and helpful. I travel with my service dog and really appreciated the pet area at the front of the hotel, breakfast was fresh with a good variety of hot food and the typical breakfast cereals. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again in the future."

"The stay was ok. Front desk staff was great, but I had an odd encounter with housekeeping. I requested a late check out and it was approved the night before. The day I checked out, housekeeping tapped on my door nonstop but 2 5 hours before I was checking out. All he said was "housekeeping." I opened the door and he repeated it. I asked what was needed. He walked away. The hotel was close to my family event. Though, I thought I could walk but was surprised to see there were no sidewalks. I...

"There is a giant pothole in the parking lot. And the staff seems to have overbooked the hotel beyond what they can maintain a safe and enjoyable stay. There were at least 40 people downstairs for breakfast and for some unknown reason all of them brought their luggage down and clogged up all the walkways and seating area. I couldn't have gotten out of the lobby safely should there have been an issue."

"This hotel is in the middle of renovating so I expect it to be even better on my next visit."
