"The Propery was clean with the exception of fabric sofa and chair needed to be clean. Chair arm cracked in one spot and taped in another so getting up it broke. There was some items needed in unit which would have made it excellent. All my suggestions and issues were sent to host. Over all a pleasant stay."

"Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. I would never want to stay here or recommend it. "

"Amazing stay after a long day of beach volleyball! Great place to relax for the evening!! Great breakfast spots around for in the morning! Access to TV streaming services too made for such a great stay! "

"This unit was as described. However, the difficult back parking area and the unit being essentially a garage were not known to us. When we had problems *needed more tiwels and the disfunctiominhdoor l, George and Ann addressed them immediately, and they could not have been nicer. The supplies are a little scant, they could use some more Cutlery and tissue, a few more towels, more plates and bowls. It just needs to have a bit more then exactly two of everything. Also the conditioner dispenser did...

"Check in was easy. Every room was clean. Large garage for parking. Bedrooms on every floor offers separation for guests. The house looks just like the pictures. 2 balconies, 1 in the living room and one in the top level master bedroom. Small outdoor seating would be nice. FYI: The other resident in the complex does not close the driveway gate. They leave it open. "
