"I have stayed here several times now. This time was no different than my previous experience. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the rate is affordable. On this particular stay, I was given a room directly across from the elevator. While for many the accessibility would have made it great, I wanted to insure my sleep wasn't disturbed by "the foot traffic". My request for a room change was met courteously and fulfilled to my satisfaction. Though it didn't impact me, I noticed the stairs were being cleaned on the morning of my second day - indicative of the hotel's cleanliness. I will certainly be staying here my next visit to the area."

The house has enough entertainment options even if your not able to use the awesome outdoor options in South Haven. A must stay and great value for the price"
