"Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus für uns.Der Kontakt mit Karla war super nett und sie war zu jeder zeit hilfsbereit.Empfangen wurden wir mit zwei Flaschen Wasser und kühlem Bier im Kühlschrank.Auch als wir einen kleinen medizinischen Notfall hatten war Karla sofort zur stelle und hat uns geholfen.Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft und absolut weiterzuempfehlen."

"We had the most wonderful stay at this villa near Labin and would rate it five stars without hesitation.The villa itself is immaculate and feels brand new. The bedrooms are comfortable, bright and perfectly maintained, and having three well-equipped bathrooms was ideal for our family of seven. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, from plenty of towels to a washing machine, and the kitchen had all we required. The layout of the villa worked beautifully for us.One of the main reasons we chose this villa was the pool, and it was just perfect. Our children spent hours enjoying it, while we loved relaxing in the peace and quiet. The setting is so calm and tranquil - exactly what we wanted for our holiday.The owner, Anita, was the most wonderful host. She welcomed us warmly, even when our dog was slightly over the weight limit, and she looked after us so well. We arrived to fresh fruit, and during our stay she kindly brought us local wine when we asked. She even gave us lovely gifts when we left. Communication was easy, even though she mentioned she is stronger in German than English - we had no problems at all. She is truly one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met.The location is excellent too. The villa is close to the town of Labin, and about a 15-minute drive to Rabac for the beaches. We found two fantastic spots: Plaža Prižinja, a quiet little bay only accessible on foot which felt like a hidden gem, and Girandella beac"

"Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Beautiful beach right outside our door. Live bands, great restaurants right along the boardwalk "

"Easy check in process. House was great for our needs two families- one family of 3 (had a 4 year old) stayed in the right half of the house which has two bedrooms and the open plan kitchen space. The other family of 4 9 and 11 year old stayed in the 3 bed side with small kitchen and living room. The main feature of the house is the outdoor space which is amazing the garden is large with football and badminton and a swing. The pool is a good temperature and perfect size. The seating around the garden is great with the outdoor kitchen only lacking a nearby fridge. The outdoor shower was amazing. The indoor spaces are dark but the beds are large and there are plenty of plates etc but some more large glasses would be a good addition to the house. Things we found we needed to purchase quickly so if you doing an arrival shop: bug spray and repellent candles, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll. The host was available for questions we had during the stay and gave good recommendations of places to visit "

"I have never stayed at a place with such an attention to the detail. You would have anything one would need for any possible occasion of your holiday. Probaby best accomodation for summer holiday you will have in the region if you travel with the family in Istria:)"

"All in all the stay was good, but the checkin took way too long. It was a long line of people waiting outside the reception, and it took 1,5 hours to check in."
