"Should be a 2 star hotel not 3. Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"

"Pros: The host was very friendly and available. She gave us many useful tips."

"Pros: Location, a very nice quiet area on the slope of the hill with magnificent views. Free parking nearby. The studio is very well designed and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped with all utensils. The host is incredibly nice, responsive and willing to make the stay comfortable. Cons: The room is small, however, a clear design makes it fully functional. The soundproofing could be improved, I could hear the neighbours from the flat on the same floor, not a major issue...

"It isn’t luxury. It is functional, but definitely it is not a premium apartment as announced, it’s outdated. Good host, always helpful. "

"Pros: The quietness and the house design"

"Stayed for one night on the way from the Alps to Milan. Large hotel with exceptional service, good amenities and clean modern rooms. Breakfast was ok but not on par with the rest of the experience... Staff is exceptional and very helpful."

"Great breakfast. Great staff. Great view "
