Welcome to the Domaine de Clona!

In the heart of the "little Norman Versailles", this house has a superb covered swimming pool heated all year round.
In its 6000m2 park, you can relax in the outdoor lounges on a 250 m2 terrace, and enjoy the 2 barbecues. Children love to build cabins in the large woods! It is secure, walled with an electric gate.

Inside the villa:
- a very large kitchen with large fridge with freezer box, two ovens, a dishwasher (bring tablets), a Tassimo and two classic coffee makers, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave;
- a very cosy room/living room with television;
- 7 spacious bedrooms spread over the 2 floors of the house, i.e. 15 beds:
The bedrooms are distributed as follows: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and 6 bedrooms with 1 double bed. 3 shower rooms and 1 bathroom. 3 toilets. Bed linen and towels are provided (one towel per person);
- games and relaxation area: a sauna for 5 people with its en-suite shower room, a billiards table. A table football. A children's playroom.
A laundry area with washing machine and drying rack (bring laundry).
WIFI access is free.

Valognes is a small town of 7000 inhabitants. You will find all the necessary amenities, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, the tourist office, the public garden, a fitness trail... The big market takes place on Friday mornings. All the shops are only a 5-minute walk away!

If you go a little further, you can admire the Pointe de la Hague (Nez de Jobourg, Goury, Port racine), the city of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin with its port, its pedestrian streets, the Cherbourg umbrella shop, the city of the Sea, the ferry terminal and the submarine Le redoutable (Voted favorite monument of the French in September 2022), go and visit the villages of Barneville-Carteret, Saint Vaast la Hougue (voted most beautiful village in France in 2019), Sainte mère église with its museums and the D-Day landing beaches only 15 minutes away, also take advantage of going sand yachting in Quinéville, or even go and discover Mont Saint Michel (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or Granville 1h30 drive from here.PGJyPg
