"Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has an elevator which makes moving luggage easy. The area is close to the West Park train station so it was easy to get to different areas of Dublin. We stayed at the hotel twice over a two week period. The second stay was at the end of our trip and our room was overly warm even though it was mid teens outside. We had to leave the window open all night to cool off and the traffic noise woke us up several times. Parking was included in their back lot which was convenient. Overall the experience was good so I would recommend this hotel if the location suits your needs."

"Location is fabulous in the lovely village of Rathgar and the 15b bus takes you directly into town (about 2 mins walk). 5 mins to supermarket, pub, bistro etc. Positives Amazing shower and oodles of hot water The location Safe and beautiful part of Dublin Negatives Banging doors and noisy neighbours Fridge in room which wasn’t on? Hair conditioner would be a nice touch Overall a good stay - 3 days Sept 2026"

"Our 2 night stay was very relaxing. The check in staff were really friendly and very helpful. Our room was large with all mod cons. Really enjoyed the breakfast and that 11am finish was relaxed. Bar was nice with friendly staff, choice of food on menu could be improved adding more vegetables on the side. The hotel was really close and walkable to Naas town centre."

"The hotel was at a quite distance from city centre but with bus stop outside hotel using E1/E2 line was easy. On the other hand I had difficulty to go by bus to city centre, rather a 25minutes walk down to the DART (it was a nice day so didnt mind) was also convenient. There is also a nice park next to DART stop which is recommended. Hotel Irish breakfast was really great and staff very welcoming. Appreciated the pot of tea/and coffee on the table. Did not use bar but seemed also had nice atmosphere with live music. Room was spacious but no fridge. There are water dispansers around the hotel which was a plus to refill your water bottles. Shower room needed some attention but noting major. I used the gym which is free and seems to be independant of hotel. Only disappointment was that on hotel.com advertised the hotel had a pool which was not the case (or was closed). Price was still high considering you were quite far away the centre but with Dublin prices it was acceptable. All in all a good stay."
