"Very basic, old time motel with a comfortable bed. The location is excellent for the tidal bore. We used it as a base to explore burntcoat and five islands (each about an hour away). Traffic noise might be an issue for light sleepers with the highway-facing rooms, but it didn't bother us. The front desk was a pleasure to deal with."
