"This was a total catastrophe. We had made this booking several months in advance. It was our first destination on our 50th anniversary tour. First off, we arrived totally jet lagged hoping for a place to recuperate only to find it was closed until May 30. We received no notification from the hotel or Hotel.com. A local kid found someone to open a room, but it was very substandard for the price. Never again. And I am not happy with Hotel.com for letting this happen."

"il n'y a pas eu de séjour. il a été annulé par la chambre d'hôte (par mail) l'après-midi de mon arrivée. a 18H passée j'ai dû retrouver, par moi même, un autre lieux pour dormir!!
je n'ai pas de remboursement de ma nuitée, pourtant bien encaissée. le s.a.v. de hotels.com est en fait un automate virtuel. SITE A EVITER. a ce jour, aucune réponse, malgré n° de téléphone, adresse mail, n° de confirmation.

"My dog was warmly welcomed and the staff was super helpful with suggestions on what to do in this gem of a town. I have never seen such a clean town. Not a paper on the ground. The hotel is extremely well located on a quiet side street. Will definitely go back. "
