Nice flat of 95 M ² in rez of garden of villa with privatory garden of 100M ² env. and large shaded terrace,
2 bedrooms with 2 shower rooms with built-in WC and a separate guest toilet + living room + dining room and large fully equipped American kitchen, beautiful unobstructed and very quiet view, 2 km from Juan golf beach 4km from Juan les pin beach, 5km of the FESTIVAL and beach of Cannes
6km from the motorway Antibes or Cannes to choose, 20 km from Nice promenade of the English 50 km from Monaco 85 km Saint-Tropez
Facility does not accept pets and smokers
