"J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. "The beds are disgusting and wrapped in PLASTIC, the pillows seemed to be picked up from the street. No towels, no wifi, I felt like sleeping at the cheapest motel ever. Fortunately we only stayed one night 🙈🙈 "

"A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez...
