"Lovely hotel. Roughly 20 minutes by bus to Alicante centre so very accessible. The amenities were great, lots of sun loungers so no need to fight for one! We didn’t have any food so cannot comment on that. The only negative was"

"I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night due to a late flight and my other hotel reservation falling through. The night receptionist Andrada was so wonderful and kind - she helped me with a room and made sure I got in it for a restful sleep. I can’t thank her enough! in a stressful situation like that, this kind of customer service makes all the difference in the world. The breakfast was really good, very fresh and included lots of fresh products, so you could have a great and fulfilling start to your day. Also I would like to thank the day reception for the possibility of a late checkout, as my flight left late at night. I felt so safe, so well taken care of and would definitely stay here again for the amazing customer service! Also the location is perfect - right near the beach and old town, supermarkets around the corner with excellent connections for any daytrips. So a high recommendation from me 😊🙏"
