"Very welcoming staff"

"Pool is nice, room was clean. Staff is less helpful as they just handed over a key card and said thank ypu, no map or direction where to go in the hotel or beat place to park. The elevator was broken where it wouldnt call up to go back down to the 2nd floor, and our key cards didnt work the first go around. They are "removing the jacuzzi" so they have unsightly caution tape all around. "

"The room was updated and clean, the area was safe, and the staff were professional. The only problem i encountered was that I could hear the people in the next room talking. I could understand their conversation, and they talked until late at night. But I turned on the AC fan, and it drowned them out. There’s a little Cuban restaurant there with good food, including breakfast. It’s not complimentary, but less expensive than at the airport. "

"The bathtub backed up. TV was not plugged in took me 30 minutes to find the problem. A friendly staff will go a long way. "

"I don’t know how this property gets good ratings. It’s so bad. Bathroom looked like it was under construction. Very few amenities in the room. Furniture was banged up and out dated. TV worked intermittently. Just BAD all the way. They certainly don’t care to keep the property up. Trash in the parking lot. I could go on…"
