"Staff were lovely, however the rooms carpets were dirty, we had stained sheets. My partner saw a maggot on the stairs. The food was also not great, the was hardly any options at the breakfast and the paid buffet for dinner was also awful. Cold food, not enough variety, a lot of pork which we do not eat. The toilets were extremely dated, the indoor pool and changing rooms were also dirty and the water was freezing cold. Some areas are in desperate need of a refresh."

The staff was really helpful and courteous; I had my room upgraded, and I deeply appreciated it. The location of the hotel is great, with many restaurants and shops in the area.

"Location was great. It's down the street from the Sorbonne with restaurants & cafes everywhere. However, my husband took his shower first in the morning. By the time I got in the shower, water temperature would not adjust. Water was scalding hot & controls would not work. I nearly burned myself trying. My husband also tried. Controls wrre not working. 😢"
"I was impressed by housekeeping I stayed 4 nights and everything was perfect, even a small touch of placing make up brushes in a glass in the bathroom, thank you. Breakfast was also good"
