"One of our best stays! The only problem is the shuttle system. Trying to get to and from the park is a nightmare. Shuttle was so packed we had to stand next to the driver and couldn’t move. Felt unsafe and very stressful for everyone. They also don’t come as often as it says.. often running very late. Plan to spend extra on taxi’s if this isn’t your thing. Otherwise hotel was great!"

"The room was entered into whilst at the gym, cash & credit card stolen. There is no safe in the room. Staff couldn't have been more unhelpful. Requested keycard log. They took a very long time to produce it, long enough to tamper with? Log then showed no entry by any staff keycard. CCTV requested, none in corridors only elevators. Help to phone the police to report? Nope, said there is no point as all they will say is there is no evidence of room entry & no CCTV to support the allegation. Could...

"Everything was perfect for our first time in Paris. The room was large, the pool was amazing, the staff were kind. I wish the AC was stronger but overall, no complaints. This is the perfect spot for a family!"

"Paris was 31’c when we arrived at the hotel early. I previously email to ask for possible early check in & surprised to be accommodated at 1:30 pm arrival time. Very much appreciated. Room is clean with AC. Staff is friendly & helpful."

"The only problem with this property is that Wi-Fi; it did not work and for the entire stay we were there (4 nights and 5 days), the property did not bother to fix it. Not sure this is a France problem, but having to rely on your roaming while traveling international country, it was problematic. If you have to work while traveling, avoid this hotel--I believe some other traveler had the similar review."
