"Room was a bit tired but perfectly acceptable. Loads of space both in the room and bathroom. Nice partial lake view from the room/balcony. Breakfast was good and was kept topped up by staff. Seating outside under shades. Centre of Malcesine about 20-30 mins walk from the hotel along the lake."

"The most disgusting, bug infested, dirty, run down “hotel” I’ve ever experienced. Every species of bugs you can think of almost. If you don’t like bugs, don’t come here. If you do like bugs, come here. I will dispute this, it was a nightmare from hell. I would not wish my worst enemy to come here. Bugs everywhere, wifi hardly works. Not close to the town, bad location. No taxis available either. Host is condescending and acts like bugs are acceptable. "

"A lovely B&B hotel and base from which to explore Lake Garda and its surrounding towns and villages. We had a luxury lakeside view room which was spacious, had a lovely bathroom and a large balcony. This was lovely to sit on and watch the world go by. It is a little noisy when on the balcony because the mainroad is right outside the hotel, but it's not like a UK main road and traffic flows easily. "We stayed here for one night with our family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Gardaland Resort, which was perfect for our plans. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We had a completely positive experience and would happily stay here again."
