"This is an Italian family ski resort hotel, don’t expect anything luxury. The one positive thing was that the have our dog a very nice welcome bag with treats, dog bowl, poop bags, and a bed. That was very much appreciated, but from there the experience went downhill. First of all, even if you’re a guest you have to pay 25€ for the spa and book a time (no more than 45 minutes allowed). Then the restaurant is basically a cafeteria and the food at the buffet doesn’t stay hot… the à la carte menu has nice presentation but poor quality food. And finally, the room did not come with any water to drink nor anything in the mini bar etc. Very very basic, however that is what you can expect for the price. Staff was either young and arrogant or old and tired… they were nice though but almost none of them speak English. Would not recommend unless you want a cheap family friendly ski resort. "

"The best thing about the Parc Hotel is the location for accessing the ski lifts. The Hotel is situated in the centre of lower part of town so easy to walk to shops, climbing centre and close to bus routes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff very attentive and kind. I would recommend this hotel for families. "

"Room was very clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast offering is decent similar to most hotels on the continent. The mini bus to the ski lifts is very reliable, I think it would be really great if it ran later into the evening. "

"Jeremy was very good at communicating and the position of the chalet was excellent for the ski lift.However in the chalet we found at least 20 bed bugs in the beds. So we didnt stay. Jeremy was very apologetic and issued a full refund that day. I am sure that he will fully fumigate the place but you may wish to check before booking. We incurred other expenses by having to move to Val Thorens last minute for our ski holiday, some of which Jérémy covered."
