◆ ACCESSIBILITY: There is only one step at the entrance. The main floor includes a bedroom and a bathroom conveniently located near the common living areas, making it more accessible for guests with reduced mobility. However, the chalet is not specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility.

Its spacious open-concept layout brings together a comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a welcoming dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A separate family room with a pool table provides another space to relax and spend time together.

✓ Bedroom 4 – Garden Level: 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds, with a powder room on the same level.

A vehicle is essential for getting around the region. Ample parking is available for all guests.

ACCESS & PARKING INFORMATION
◆ DRIVEWAY: The chalet is located below street level, with a sloped driveway leading down to the property.
◆ SUMMER ACCESS: Easily accessible with any type of vehicle.
◆ WINTER ACCESS: Good winter tires are essential, and a four-wheel-drive (4x4) vehicle is strongly recommended.
◆ IMPORTANT WINTER PRECAUTION: Do not drive down the driveway unless you have a 4x4 vehicle. Otherwise, you may have difficulty driving back up the hill.
◆ WINTER PARKING: A designated parking area is available near the road, just a short walk from the chalet. This is the safest option for vehicles without four-wheel drive.
◆ PLEASE INFORM YOUR GROUP: Make sure all drivers in your group are aware of these winter access instructions before arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
◆ OCCUPANCY & PRICING: The base rate includes up to 4 guests aged 2 and over. Each additional guest is charged $20 + taxes per night, with a minimum charge of 2 nights, even for a one-night visit. Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. All guests must be declared when booking. A $200 penalty applies for each undeclared guest, and additional penalties or eviction may result.
◆ HOT TUB: Private and available year-round.
◆ HEATED OUTDOOR POOL: Available from June 15 to September 15, provided outdoor temperatures are approximately 20°C (68°F) during the day and 12°C (54°F) at night. Heating outside these conditions is available upon request for an additional $30 per day.
◆ BBQ: During the colder months, if the BBQ is accessible on the terrace, guests are responsible for snow removal, cleaning the grills, and refilling the propane tank if needed. No winter maintenance is provided.
◆ OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: Available during the summer season only, when the designated black steel fire pit is installed.
◆ DOGS: Maximum 2 dogs, at $75 + taxes per dog. Dogs must remain on the main floor. Safety gates are provided for pets and children. Please keep dogs off sofas and beds, clean up after them outdoors, and remove any noticeable pet hair before departure.
◆ CATS: Not permitted.
◆ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM and check-out by 12 PM (noon). Saturday arrivals and departures are not permitted unless approved in advance.
◆ SUPPLIES: Cleaning products, dish soap, and hand soap are provided, along with two coffee makers, filters, and a coffee grinder. Please bring your own body wash, shampoo, and coffee (ground or whole beans).
◆ OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS: Located outside only, facing the entrance. Recordings are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
◆ PRE-CHECK-IN: Mandatory with photo ID to secure your reservation and help prevent fraud. Once completed, you can access the chalet's Virtual Guide through the same link.
◆ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A pre-authorization is placed on your credit card on the day of arrival and released following the property inspection.
