"Water was leaking in the bathroom. I pointed it out the first morning I was there but nobody came to look at it. Had to bring it to the manager’s attention again that evening. They said they will fix it the next morning.
I also called for ironing my clothes. Nobody came so on my way out, I asked them to pick it up from my room. When I returned that evening, I noticed nobody had picked it up.
The hallway did not look like it was vacuumed. All in all, very disappointing. Expected much better...
"Very bad hotel to stay. Not maintained at all. We saw hairs on the bedsheets. They gave another room and same thing and so gave us the 3rd room.
They cleaned the room thoroughly before giving us.
This hotel was supposed to be the best but now the worst. Please watch out before booking."
