"This was not our first time booking Emily's house. We stayed three nights and as someone who has really bad allergies I appreciate the fact that her house is so clean that I had zero problems. We always seem to get to Grand Forks when the weather doesn't allow us to enjoy the backyard so I can't comment on that. The neighborhood is very quiet as well and since it is on a dead end street there was no traffic. It is a convenient location for getting around Forks. It is such an enjoyable home and just feels peaceful. We will of course book it again when we return to the area."

"This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Grand Forks. We have stayed here several times It is perfect for my husband and I, but spacious to host a small family gathering with the open floor plan and dining room table. Everything is new and in good shape. Beds and linens are so comfy, kitchen is well stocked, and there is a nice private patio area we love to have our morning coffee on.It is always a nice surprise to walk in and see a little welcoming basket of ND goodies too!"

"Mr Singh & his family, are wonderful hosts. This motel is the best deal in town! Especially, if you're looking for an extended stay: My room was spotless. Had a new large HDTV. Tons of extended cable channels. Water pressure in the shower, was fantastic. My room was near the office & lobby lounge. Was super quiet & zero safety issues. This is my 3rd time staying here, in the last month. I'll be back again!"

"Syndee’s home in Grand Forks was absolutely perfect for our team. The furniture is all very comfortable, the house was very clean, and so much room for a group to relax. The bedrooms are huge, both living rooms were very comfortable. We appreciated the very effective air conditioning during the day, and the grill and the hot tub on a cool night was fantastic. Syndee does a great job with little touches to make you feel at home. A short drive to anything in Grand Forks"
