Im sogenannten Wellnessbereich waren die Fenster defekt, an der Decke viel Schwarzschimmel. Schimmel in den Schränken im Schlafzimmer, die Duschvorhänge voller Schimmel, die Toilettenbürste verursachte Brechreiz. Die Wohnung im allgemeinen abgewohnt.schmutzig und muffig riechend.
