"Hotel staff deceived us when we needed to change the date booked. Hotel staff said if we booked again for the correct night, they would refund us for the wrong night booked. Instead they convinced us to rebook and then refused a refund after waiting at their hotel for over an hour.
Completely unacceptable (lack of) service by hotel staff. Atrocious small emanating from the lobby. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I booked a room with kitchenette and washing machine and both weren’t available. Communication was hard, even with google Translate. I understood that kitchen and washing machine were no longer provided. This made the room bad value. The first night the wifi was very spotty, but that was better the second night. All in al not a bad place, but the info on the Expedia site was wrong. . "
