"Great location! The breakfast was very nice!"

"The property is GREAT, we loved the amenities (tennis court, pool, sauna, gym). The staff is incredible in all of the amenities, always very helpful with water, towels, whatnot. SPECIAL KUDOS to the BREAKFAST staff, they literally made our every morning by securing the best table for us, always remembering how we take our coffees and eggs and being most respectful with big smiles. Btw breakfast is a 5* buffet that is definitely worth selecting as part of your package. We stayed at the property...

"It was great form the club lounge to breakfast at market place pavilion the dosas were best ."

"Everything was good, stuffs were very helpful, breakfast was great. Only complaint was humidity, but they provided dehumidifier right away. Very nice hotel."

"Gopal our housekeeping person was excellent and always helped us. Hotel however has many problems such as low toilet flush pressure, low water pressure in shower, even though we were three people in 2 rooms check-in person refused to give us 2 keys for the double occupancy room - that meant we always had to ask for access. Overall is fine for short stay but not the best for long 2 week stay like ours. Staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful so no issues on that"

"Some things in the room needed a quick repair after we checked in. However, start fixed it fairly quickly. Breakfast items were fewer, but very tasty and fulfilling. Staff were very helpful in everything, check in, late check-out, etc. Worth it."

"The hotel provided everything that we asked for - spacious room, clean bed, bedsheets and pillows. The service staff were polite and efficient. The surroundings were green and pleasing to the eye. As a suggestion for improvement, I felt a bit uncomfortable with all the namaste and the smiling as I am not used to such excess. Overall, thank you for the wonderful experience. As I noted earlier, everyone and everything provided made it possible."

"Great location .. right in the heart of the city.."

"My interaction with the front desk executive Ms Ashwarya was amazing, very pleasant, positive, professional and supportive. She is an asset to TAJ or for that matter any organization she would work for . She went extra mile to help me find an item from Kolkata . So very thankful to her"

"This is a great place to stay by the airport, I f you need to stay in Kolkata for a couple of days or between flights. The staff is extremely helpful, and you can order room service for the cost of a meal in a fairly inexpensive restaurant. rarely have I enjoyed this level of service in a three star hotel. It is on the fourth floor of a larger building."

"Good property.. neat and clean .. good service"
