"I like the place and location is perfect, however, housekeeping wasn’t the best. They didn’t really clean the room, only made the bed and replaced towels. Didn’t clean the sink, or the mirror, nor the toilet. It was disappointed"

"For this type of hotel/category, there's a number of things that need improving: 1) Check-in: firstly, the hotel charges a €50-75 charge for an early check-in. This seems excessive and out in line with hotels in far more cosmopolitan cities. It's a small hotel, so room turnover etc should be more manageable. Secondly, the check-in desk is too small and ill-positioned so that when you do everyone have suddenly checking in at once, it forms a line with people not really having anywhere to...
