Palacio del Inka, A Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott

"This was our second stay at Palacio del Inka in the past year, and its biggest advantage is definitely the location. It is incredibly convenient and within easy walking distance of so much of Cusco, which makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is quite large and sprawling, and at first it can feel a little like navigating a maze, but once you figure out the layout, it becomes much easier. The front desk staff have always been very helpful and accommodating and the rooms have always been clean. The only reason I would take off a star is the restaurant service. The food itself is fine but service can be extremely slow and the staff are not always particularly attentive. That was really the only downside for us. Overall, though, we’ve enjoyed both of our stays."

"Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing. Rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was great, and it was an overwhelming awesome experience staying here. Walking distance to everything. Will stay here again when coming to Cusco."
