"We stayed in the panorama suite - truly one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Views were absolutely incredible, the room is designed immaculately and it had so many amazing features (steam shower, jacuzzi bath, walk in closet). Aside from the room the lobby / bar areas of the hotel are stunning with the same beautiful views of the mountains. The ability to have direct access to the water is great. Getting into the center of the city is very easy via bus. I really hope I get the chance to stay here again."

"From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional warmth and hospitality of the entire staff. From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant servers, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and gracious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. We were particularly pleased to learn that the restaurant makes extensive use of locally sourced ingredients, which added a wonderful sense of freshness and authenticity to each meal. Everything we tasted was of outstanding quality and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Grindelwald station. Since we were traveling with luggage, we called the hotel from the station information desk and arranged for the shuttle service, which was very convenient. In addition, there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and the buses arrived reliably on schedule. Once we had checked in, we used the local bus service for all of our transportation, and found it to be both comfortable and extremely convenient. Overall, the gracious service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and convenient location made our stay truly memorable."

"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It is a very basic room, which we knew going in. The only thing that was not so great was the door that opened to the toilet had no frame and/or fan so any odors filled the entire room (more information than you were hoping for but needs considering)."

"The front-desk staff was friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the patio with the beautiful view of the Lucerne rooftops. The only things we would have loved to have had in the room would have been a small refrigerator and access to ice (for drinks on a hot day). A great option for Lucerne. Another great think to know about IBIS Styles is that it's in a very convenient location to all the "action", yet sits on a quiet street. Great area for walking and exploring."

"The view from the hotel was spectacular. Location was very convenient and accessible to almost everywhere. The front desk guy was also very helpful, gentleman and professional. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go back visit Lucerne."
