"The hotel is a short and easy walk to a beautiful beach with pleasant shallow water. If attending events at the Anfiteatro, wear tennis shoes and have a flashlight or enough battery on your phone for the flashlight. It is a straight, flat walk although too close to cars with an uneven sandy surface. The hotel pool was sparkling and lovely!"

"Cleanliness of the room was of highest standards, beds were made everyday, breakfast was great, loads of choice. The only small issue was parking situation, when most of the time we were able to get a free parking across the road from hotel, but due to celebrations in August, there were evenings, when we had to leave the car at nearby restaurant and walk back 10min, or else wait for someone to leave the parking spot."

"We had a lovely stay at the Francesco Heritage Hotel. The staff were very helpful and obliging unfortunately we did not get the room that was showing on the website even though I did check before arriving and the room we were given was not finished as there was a lot of tiling grouting and sealant that needed snagging. We did not have a mini bar to start with, but that was delivered after the first three days and there was no table or chair which was a bit inconvenient but otherwise the room was nice. Great location in the wonderful old town of Alghero."

"Perfect location! Modern and clean studio with a fantastic balcony. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Pool and all other facilities were great. Supermarket just around the corner, the beach on the doorstep and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Bus stop a very short walk away so easy to get to the airport."
