"Best hotel in Este by far. Beautiful sprawling grounds overlooking the castle. Excellent staff and service. Only downside was that the room was very hot when I arrived and it took the Aircon 3 hours to cool it down. After that it was fine."
"My room in the hotel, was clean and always tidy meaks that were provided were hot wholesome and nutritious, well served snd the dinning room staff were always polite and extremely helpful, that included breakfast which had plenty of choice,the evening meal was always nutritious and plentiful.
