"We had a lovely and spacious double queen room. It was very clean indeed. I will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to all types of travellers! There are security guards at several access points including at the entry points to the casino, and at the elevator entrance to the hotel, which was very appreciated, so the general public cannot access the hotel floors. "

"Tried to check in early - completely understanding that our room might not be ready - but have often been able to at many places - so we asked The staff at the desk were downright rude & dismissive and as far away from “customer service language” as any place we’ve EVER stayed! Simply unacceptable and even though the later evening staff were different & friendly & welcoming - this experience forever affects my ratings. I would not return here - nor would I ever recommend it to others."

"The hotel is very large and the parking lot is very busy because it is also for a restaurant and for leaving vehicles for an airplane trip. Finding a space is a challenge. The room was very well maintained and functional. The sheets and quit were fine. The people at the desk were helpful. They have a map of the place available and I needed it. The lack of breakfast, both free and pay, means that I bought what I needed at a supermarket and I suppose Uber Eats is a solution. I would stay again. The price was fair and cancellation policy had no tricks. And there is no resort charge. We were traveling on Amtrak at Depew station, which is farther than the airport and the hotel shuttle doesn't include the Amtrak station. But the train station has plenty of free parking so we parked there and went on our train trip. "
