"The staff were fantastic very helpful and lovely to talk too and the room was beyond what I was expecting, beautifully clean lovely and warm the toilets were always clean and the shower was a walk in we absolutely enjoyed I stay and hopefully will be back next year. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel very welcomed."

"Good in almost every respect except for the most critical element: the bed was rock hard and the pillows were uncomfortable and unsupportive. Consequently, I suffered from a very poor night's sleep. I've stayed here many times in the past but not particularly recently. So perhaps they've changed the matresses and bedding since I was last here, or I've been unlucky with this 4th floor room. Gym was useful. Breakfast is included and decent."
