"Location was great for walking to the nearby brewpubs and shops, easy access to walking trail. However, our room was facing Mission St and it was super noisy from cars driving by throughout the night and morning. They didn't have any rooms on the first floor so only floor was second floor. There were stairs to get out and let you out on the street, which was convenient with dogs, but door doesn't open from the outside so always had to go inside to get to room. All in all, it was fine, convenient...

"The valet parking was chaotic. Breakfast was a crazy mad house, we ended up not having breakfast there. We tired two different times and it was just nuts . The location was good, 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. 12-16 minute walk to downtown area. Rooms was clean and tidy. No one’s was rooms were ready when we arrived at 5. They also forgot to give us bath towels for showering. Staff was friendly"

"Dining area was very dirty and not cleaned after breakfast upon arrival. It was 12:30 pm. At breakfast there was no clean table available to us at so we found a booth that still needed to be wiped down. Large chunks of food on the floor as well. We asked staff very politely if they could wipe down the table for us and we were told to, “Next time find a clean table!” We also had a cracked glass on the serving tray in our room, towel rack broke in the shower, and many fixtures that needed to be...
