Omdat het bovenappartement niet verhuurd werd toen wij er waren mochten we zelfs de achtertuin (behorende tot het bovenappartement) gebruiken die van de weg afgericht ligt. "Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie sie auf den Bildern aussieht, hell, sauber, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an der Straße, es war trotzdem ziemlich ruhig und die Aussicht auf die gegenüber liegende Pferdekoppel sehr entspannend. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden.
