If you want a hotel where you can find restaurants, taxis and easy access to the subway, then this is the hotel to stay at while in Beijing. The hotel is also in a section of the city where signage is in Chinese and a English, which is helpful if your Chinese is not very good.

All the staff were so nice and helpful! The housekeeping lady was especially friendly. She even tucked in my little Peking duck plushie that I left on the bed. Such a sweet gesture! Will definitely go back if we plan on going back to Beijing.

An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. Stunningly beautiful hotel but must stay on club floor the lobby and

Muy buen hotel, situado en calle peatonal muy turística, y con acceso por carretera a 100metros. Nos quedamos en una habitación con terraza, y super bien, tranquilo y limpio. Además te hacen la limpieza de ropa gratis, todo un lujo hoy en día.

Excelente estancia. El hotel no es muy acogedor ni se siente ambiente familiar. Su apariencia es más bien de hotel ejecutivo. Pero cumple con todo lo que promete. Muy limpio, buen precio, buena ubicación, el personal amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo totalmente para estancias breves de turismo o de negocios.

The room was spacious and the loft bed was really neat and comfortable. They even have an air purifier in the the room. The breakfast was really good and so was the dinner and affordable too. It was pretty central as well. I would stay there again if I go back to beijing!

Upon arriving my wife explained that we had a taxi that refused to use the meter and charged almost 4 times the usual fare. Having taken a picture of the side and license plate of the cab the concierge immediately called the cab company and the authorities on our behalf. There is a lot of competition for hotels in Beijing. This one lives up to its status as a luxury hotel. The decor is spectacular, filled with lacquer, silk, and original artwork. The staff is incredibly professional. I did have a problem with the wifi and the staff went out of their way to solve the problem. And the location is really good, not far from historical/cultural sites, restaurants, and a metro stop.

From the when we first walked in all was lovely. The staff have been helpful and courteous.

Great experience for Beijing ! A quaint boutique hotel located in one of the Beijing Hutongs, it offered us a unique local flavored experience. The facilities are traditional Chinese, with wooden floors and rustic themed rooms. However, rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. Wonderful hotel! We stayed in room 1525 and it was beautiful and clean. I’m very particular about hotels and this met my standards. It was refreshing to go out and explore during the day and then return to such a lovely room. Staff were very helpful. Not everyone spoke English fluently but it was easy enough to communicate. Good location that is close to Xi’dan metro stop and 2 stops away from Tiananmen Square and the forbidden city. There were many upscale stores and typical food courts located...
