"I reserved a room with a balcony, when I got there the front desk attendant told me that I was getting an upgrade. It was a downgrade and they wouldn’t give me the difference back between the two rooms. So I canceled it, but I don’t think they actually canceled it…still trying to find that out."

"10 STARS ALL AREAS THIS WAS A VERY PROPER AND PROFESSIONAL PURCHASE AND CHOICE to stay at Wyndham San Antonio airport while my son was graduating from the Air Force. If I can make a request some stand-up mirrors on the outside of the bathroom would be great for making sure you look your best when you step out into the world and berries fresh blueberries blackberries strawberries on the breakfast bar would be nice. And last but not least espresso cause coffee is boring I like about 4 to 5 shots a little bit of steamed breve no sugar no sweetener just pure octane lol thank you guys for everything you're an amazing crew all the way to the shuttle drivers especially David that dude was awesome . The front desk staff was amazing not to mention with no disrespect but very beautiful and physical and spiritual aspects. Beautiful smiles willing to help always friendly I can't say enough about this Hotel and the people who work here. That nine star should be a 10 most definitely Until next time much love . "
