The kitchen is fully equipped, and both the bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated. For your comfort, you have Wi-Fi, a TV, electric radiators for heating, and a soapstone stove for colder days. Families with young children benefit from a baby cot and high chair. Self check-in allows for flexible arrival.



Enjoy the private garden, relax, or use your own barbecue. The covered terrace with views of the fields invites you to unwind. Children can play on the communal playground right by the house.



There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking is permitted only outdoors. Events and parties are not allowed. Please leave the accommodation in its original condition before departure.



Ummanz delights nature enthusiasts with a forest adventure trail and a cycling path around the island. A campsite with a restaurant and small kiosk is within walking distance, where you'll also find a swimming area. The Bodden shore is just a 5-minute walk away. Next to the campsite, there is also a surf and kite school.
