"It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and really loved it. It has ideal location right in the heart of the Umea woth excellent public transport links. Morning breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and above all, really friendly and helpful staff. You always have a friendly smiling face greeting whenever you pass through reception. Many thanks to all for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended"

"A very convenient place to access from everywhere."

"Bra frukost och bra läge. Trevlig personal"

"Very central, lots of food! Staff friendly and helpful."

"Trevlig personal."

"Allt perfekt ±++++×++×+××+×××+++++"

"Dags att renovera. Känns lite gammalt"

Breakfast was average, but extra pluss though for friendly and helpful staff in the kitchen. There is also a nice little museum which contributes to the experience."

"Rent rom"
