"The property is very nice and we were satisfied with our room. Bit the best part was the staff and how helpful they were. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Erice and we did not realize how hard it is to get a taxi to the town of Erice from the hotel. But Elena was amazing helping us find a driver and assisting is with messaging the driver after our dinner to arrange a smooth pick up and return to the hotel. We were very grateful."

"Very clean, spacious rooms! We took the Enea and the Fortuna and they were both beautiful, extremely large and the Enea even had a small balcony! The younger staff is nice and very helpful and accommodating. Location is great. Breakfast is very disappointing but it’s a wonderful 3 stars hotel after all!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på hotellet! Alt var virkelig lækkert og gennemført – fra værelset og faciliteterne til maden og den gode service. Der var rent, hyggeligt og en skøn atmosf ære, som gjorde opholdet ekstra dejligt. Personalet var venligt og imødekommende, og man følte sig virkelig velkommen fra start til slut. Alt fungerede bare, og der var øje for de små detaljer. Vi kan varmt anbefale hotellet og kommer helt sikkert gerne igen! 🌟"
