"We paid a lot of money for a supposedly 5* room but weāre not allowed to use the pool (even though there was nowhere stating it wasnāt included in our reservation). The toilet leaked and the sink leaked and the property was dated. The beds were comfortable though. Staff rushed to help Asian travellers ..."
