"Everything about this stay from beginning to end was incredible. The service was top-tier and I felt so pampered. For being my first ryokan experience, it all felt amazing. The location was beautiful and the escort to the annex to the annex was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a ryokan stay!"

"I loved the experience! Everyone was so warm and welcoming. They took great care showing me around and seemed to be standing by for anything I might need.
The meals were exquisitely, artfully arranged - every vessel perfectly chosen and beautifully styled. I got to try lots of new things and found it absolutely charming. Nice and quiet location, too. I slept like a ton of bricks."
