Anlage ist alt und abgewohnt und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung; Zimmer war bei Anreise schlecht gereinigt und sehr laut; Essen (vorallem auch Auswahl) war schon mal besser aber ist noch immer gut, Sport /Wellfit sehr gut, Abenshows bzw. -programm uninteressant, meist Tanzshows; Strand schön aber dicht mit Liegen belegt, dafür kein Problem eine freie zu finden; Barservice öfters überfordert mit Hang lokale Gäste bevorzugt zu bedienen und Deutsche warten zu lassen; viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern; für das derzeit gebotene zu schlecht und teuer- andere Robinsons bieten mehr

Urlaub im Robinson-Club war schon immer etwas teurer. Unser erster Aufenthalt war gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern vor 40 Jahren in Mexico - damals noch exotisch und auch exklusiv. Danach haben wir noch verschiedene Clubs in Europa, Asien und Afrika besucht. In diesem Jahr sind wir mit Kindern und Enkelkindern in den Club Apulien gereist. Der Club wurde unseren Erwartungen nicht gerecht - dies gilt sowohl in Bezug auf: Die Unterbringung (Zimmer "etwas" in die Jahre gekommen) Die Exklusivität (im Verhältnis zur Bettenkapazität zu kleines nutzbares Areal, nur ein echtes Spezialitätenrestaurant) Das Essen (täglich Pizza, Pommes und Spaghetti für die Kinder sind ja o.k., aber wenig Abwechslung für die Erwachsenen) Die Kinderbetreuung (lieblos und wenig kreativ) Das Entertainment (jeden Abend eine Tanzshow mit zugegeben unterschiedlichen Themen ist nicht gerade kreativ)

Schönes Hotel, aber kein Robinson-Standard. Was uns bewusst war, ist, dass es ein Familien-Club ist. Was uns nicht bewusst war, ist, dass das in diesem Fall bedeutet, dass immer irgendwo ein Baby weint, ein Kleinkind brüllt, mehrere Tablets laufen, Eltern (meistens auf italienisch) ein Kind Zusammenstauchen, Teller, Gläser und Tassen fliegen, und das Buffet im wesentlichen aus Variationen von Kurzgebratenem und Nudeln mit Tomatensoße besteht. Das Personal spricht größtenteils nur Italienisch, teilweise auch Englisch, meine Kinder haben an der Bar und im Restaurant mit Händen und Füßen bestellt weil sie weder noch sprechen (oder es musste eben ein Erwachsener mit - dabei wollten sie es mit ihren neun Jahren so gerne alleine schaffen!) Die Kinderbetreuung für Kinder dieser Altersklasse beträgt in den deutschen Sommerferien grandiose 2x1,5 Stunden (10:30-12:00 und 16:30-18:00) und war im wesentlichen Bilder ausmalen oder mit einem Ball im Pool oder Meer spielen. Alles in allem sehr schade - wir hatten uns alle mehr erhofft.

Ottima livello di resort, sia per ciò che concerne il cibo, il personale, pulizia e location. Si affaccia su un tratto di mare meraviglioso. Struttura adatta alle famiglie con bambini per organizzazione mini club, punto mare e parco acquatico. Magari meno adatto a adolescenti in quanto l'animazione non é particolarmente presente.

- barrierefreie Zimmer sind schön groß, allerdings fehlen ein paar Wandhaken im Zimmer / Bad - Personal insbesondere Guest Relation / Restaurant / Bar und Animation sehr freundlich ( Lob inabesondere an Mauricio, Pasqualina, Tonino) - mobiler Lifter am Pool vorhanden - Strandrollstuhl vorhanden, aber für große Personen etwas umständlich - Mobiliar teilweise veraltet, barrierefreie Toiletten am Strand oder Restaurant sehr stickig - leider keine barrierearme Umkleide/ Toilette im Wellnessbereich - Wünschenwert wäre bei der Rezeption/ Bar dass ein teil des Tressen etwas tiefer wäre, so dass z.b Rollstuhlfahrer besser kommunizieren können bzw am Tressen trinken oder etwas entgegen nehmen können

Ich war ja schon das 2.te mal in dem Club und bin weiterhin begeistert von allem einschließlich dem Buffet Essen jeden Tag fast rund um die Uhr!! Bestimmt findet der eine oder andere etwas das nicht passt aber ich fühle mich immer sehr wohl...Der Strand ist sehr sauber und das Wasser wunderschön!!

ein ganz toller Urlaub! Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, war das Personal sehr geschult: manchmal wurden widersprüchliche Informationen gegeben. Das Essen für vegetarierer war leider nicht so vielfältig wie in anderen ROB-Clubs. Die Salatbar eher Kantinenniveau. Fleisch- und Fischauswahl sah sehr vielfältig aus. Sport- und Entertainmentprogramm war super und umfangreich! Die Mitarbeitenden waren extrem freundlich!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Meer, der Strand und das Essen sind einfach traumhaft. Es ist alles sehr sauber gehalten. Wir haben uns im Robinson Club rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Club weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
