"The room was clean although there was a strong odor of bleach upon arrival. The desk chair was broken and wobbly, rendering it unusable. Furnishings were dated, but clean. We were directed to a room that was occupied first. We were won over by the fact they allowed us three pets. Our interaction with staff was minimal with the exception being the snafu over the occupied room. That was promptly rectified. The room was quiet although the bed was not the most comfortable !
