"Jag bokade rum med utsikt över vattnet men såg bara lite gräs och små träd. Kylskåpet var varmt… utöver de så var de jättebra och fint. Nära till restauranger och jätte god och fin frukost"

"Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre."
