"The Orion hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately, while we visited, it was on the heels of typhoons, and so the beach area out front was closed off to swimming for cleanup, but we were able to snorkel nearby. One of the items that really surprised me was how fantastic the breakfast buffet was I’m not a breakfast person, but it provided an opportunity to try many different types of Okinawan food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely recommend staying at this resort."

"Nice spot if you wanna just chill on the beach. The house is pretty old, and not the cleanest place we've ever stayed. I had allergies to the dirty couch inside. But it's spacious, and has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry, which is nice. The location is also fairly out of the way. You definitely need a car if you're staying here. Grocery store, restaurants, aquarium, etc. are all a 10 min. drive away. I have no regrets staying here, but if we came back, we would choose somewhere else,...

"What a great choice I made! I wanted a more nature and star gazing evening. I came in from Nago and the kind host let me check in 2 hours early! That is rare in Japan. The outside at fist had me wondering but when I looked inside the room it was huge and so clean I was so happy! I swam for hours by the bridge and then went to heart beach where I snorkeled with my own snorkel gear and had a blast seeing tropical fish.
